After 30 minutes of appetizers in the butcher shop (chianti Classico, salumi, crostini, burro di chianti (lard)), we sat down for the main course with 60 of our closest friends. It began with acqua (naturale o frizz ante), more chianti, bread and fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, red onion and fennel) with salt and olive oil.

Here comes the first of five meat (beef) courses: chianti crudo, carpaccio di culo,costata alla Fiorentina, Bistecca panzanese, Bistecca Fiorentina.
